Lawyer specializing in criminal and civil law, former judge of 16 years of experience, particularly in criminal cases, the court of first instance and the court of appeal.
I also practiced as a lawyer. I am committed to assisting my clients by several tasks including reviewing documents and giving legal advice as well as representing them before the different courts.
I published a comparative study between the law and jurisprudence in Arabic "The Penalized Attempt" in 162 pages and two other studies on the anti-narcotics law also in Arabic that were published in Tunisian scientific journals.
In February 2012 I was appointed advisor to the Ministry of Justice in Tunisia responsible for the reform of the penitentiary system.
International Career
- My international career with IDLO (International Development Law Organization), started in 2006, has allowed me to understand the value of working in a multicultural environment, to discover other cultures and to have another point. on the implementation of law in general and especially the criminal law in a country
- I am very proud to contribute to the training of more than 2,000 legal professionals, including judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers, members of Parliament, public servants and academics, and the creation of the Independent National Legal Training Center (INLTC) of the Legal Aid Organization of Afghanistan (LAOA), an Afghan non-governmental organization providing legal services to the poor and the poor, and the Violence Against Women (VAW) unit within the Office of the Attorney General.
- I have developed several Curricula in criminal law (general and special), criminal procedures, the law on money laundering, the law on narcotics ... for the training of more than 2000 legal professionals, including judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers, members of Parliament, public servants and academics in a program called the Advanced Continuing Legal Education Course for Afghanistan (ACLEA).
